How Does BidPros Work?
BidPros brings opportunities and proposals into one place. We surface relevant opportunities, match them to your business profile, and help you draft and price a proposal in your company’s voice. You review, submit, and track everything from claim to award — BidPros only earns when you win.
What Does It Cost?
It is free to join and free to use — no subscription, no per-bid charge. Our only charge is a 5% success fee, due only when you achieve a verified win on an opportunity sourced through BidPros. If you do not win, you owe nothing. See the Success-Fee Agreement for the full terms.
How Does Business Verification Work — And What Do I Need?
Access requires business verification, so the network stays made up of real, eligible businesses. You’ll need two things:
- Your business registration number, and
- One proof document confirming your business.
We review what you submit and grant access once it’s verified. You can start the process from Get Verified.
Where Do Opportunities Come From?
From two places: publicly available sources — including public tenders and government procurement opportunities drawn from third-party procurement platforms — and commercial bids and requests posted by members of the network. BidPros is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or authorized by any government body or procurement platform.
How Do I Post My Own Bid or RFP?
BidPros is two-sided, so you can also post a commercial request for proposal to the network and let verified members respond. Head to Post a Bid, describe what you need, and publish it — you control what details are shared.
How Is a Win Verified Before the 5%?
A win is only “verified” when there is a public award notice showing your business was awarded the contract plus your confirmation of the award. Only then do we invoice 5% of the awarded contract value. Submitting a bid, or anything short of a confirmed award, never triggers a fee.
